liveing
allways
confusing of their and there
dinning (I see this a lot in Miami)
capitalizing things like "Life" mid-sentence
writing in ALL CAPS about stuff

Yes. You are very unlikely a match as far as education goes, at the least. I think an earlier blog of yours related a similar entry with feedback from a male friend of yours who was immediately negative about someone who writes like this. IMHO, move along! :)
My fave is "loose" instead of "lose". Just a pet peeve though. Wouldn't kick somebody out of bed for it.
I, too hate the random capitalized words in general. Hello, just because you are a self-important real estate lawyer doesn't make you a Real Estate Lawyer!
I *would* kick someone who spells it "loose" out of bed!!
