Which is never a good sign. What's up with that? A good date and then nothing? I swear, it went very well. Geez.

It IS mystifying. Have you ruled out stuff like he is still married, only separated, or divorced for a tiny amt. of time, i.e. is not really available? I wonder how he happened to show up at that dinner, anyway. I have had the sense he has NO time except off hours and flukey situations.
Might it be where you have to forget him and if he contacts you at a later date, re-evaluate then if you want to go through his schedule jams?

My friend suggested immediately that he couldn't deal with the age difference. That makes me feel better!
